Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Total delivery time depends on where your product ships from. We have both local and international warehouses.

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (for all orders)

▶ If the item ships from our UK warehouse (local delivery):

• Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days

▶ If the item ships from an international warehouse:

• Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 6–13 business days

You can easily identify where your product ships from by checking the tag displayed above the product description.
If the tag says “UK Warehouse”, your order will ship locally within the United Kingdom for faster delivery.
If there is no tag, the item will ship from our International Warehouse.

We ship to most countries worldwide — including the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States — except for locations where shipping services are unavailable.

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £75.

All orders placed from the UK are processed in GBP (£).
Prices may display in other currencies for browsing convenience, but checkout is completed in British Pounds.
