• Flat rate £4.95 for orders under £75.

All orders include tracking and shipping insurance.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking once your parcel ships.

📦 Shipping times & total delivery estimates

We dispatch from both a UK warehouse and international warehouses. Delivery speed depends on the product’s origin:

▶ If the item ships from our UK warehouse

• Shipping time: 3–5 business days
• Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 4–8 business days

▶ If the item ships from an international warehouse

• Shipping time: 5–10 business days
• Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 6–13 business days

“UK Warehouse” indicates local dispatch. If no warehouse tag is shown, the item ships from our international warehouse.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels to get each item to you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking details for every package.

🛑 If your order is delayed, lost, or returned

All shipments are insured. If your parcel is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to sender, we’ll arrange a free replacement whenever possible. Please also see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
