🛡️ 30-Day Quality Warranty
All products come with a 30-day free replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@1lovebaby.com — we’ll make sure your issue is resolved.
- If you received the wrong item, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- For defective items, please include photos or videos when you contact us.
- We’ll replace or refund your purchase once confirmed.
⚠️ This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
🔄 14-Day Return Period (UK Consumer Rights)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — even if you simply changed your mind.
To start a return, email us at support@1lovebaby.com with your order number and (optionally) a brief reason for the return.
We’ll provide the nearest UK return address to make it easy for you.
Returned items must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused and undamaged
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method and notify you by email.

- Intimate or hygienic products (for safety reasons)
- Gift cards and digital downloads
🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item due to damage or defect, simply contact us at support@1lovebaby.com. We’ll happily send a replacement free of charge.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer — it may take a few days before the refund appears.

🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipment.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process once it arrives.
If you cancel before shipment, no fees apply.
