🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
📦 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
We ship products from both our UK fulfilment centre and international warehouses (including Europe and Asia). Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- From UK Warehouse:
Shipping Time: 3–5 working days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 working days - From International Warehouse:
Shipping Time: 5–10 working days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 working days
How to know where your product ships from?
Products shipped from our UK warehouse are clearly marked with the tag:
🚀 “Fast UK Delivery” — displayed just below the product price.
If you don’t see this tag, your item will be shipped from one of our international fulfilment centres.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, or courier delays.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, except for regions:
- Under international embargo or trade restrictions
- Or where reliable postal services are not available
💼 Why Are My Items Arriving Separately?
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This allows us to deliver your items faster, especially when products are stocked in different warehouses. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to track your parcel at any time through the courier’s website.
🛑 What If My Order Gets Lost or Delayed?
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to sender, we will send you a free replacement whenever possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
✏️ What If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately — we’ll update your address for you.
- If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t reroute parcels. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on our UK store are displayed in £GBP and include applicable VAT.
Orders shipped within the UK are not subject to customs duties.
For international deliveries, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes — these fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by 1LoveBaby.
