For smaller orders under £75, a flat rate of just £4.95 applies—no hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

Every order is carefully prepared and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

🚚 Delivery Times

We operate from both our UK-based warehouse and international fulfilment centres to ensure you get the best coverage and fastest delivery possible:

• 🏬 UK Warehouse: Shipping time 3–5 business days → Total delivery: 4–8 business days
• 🌍 International Warehouse: Shipping time 5–10 business days → Total delivery: 6–13 business days

How to tell where your item ships from:
Look for the Tag displayed just above the product description.
If you see “UK Warehouse”, your order will be dispatched locally from within the United Kingdom.
If there’s no tag, that means the item ships from our international warehouse instead.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. This allows us to deliver parts of your order faster, depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to sender, we’ll happily send a replacement free of charge whenever possible.
