Returns & Refunds

OUR 30-DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your item does not match the description or arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a full refund.

For defective or faulty items, please email clear photos or a short video to support@1lovebaby.com. Once confirmed, we will replace or refund your order.

Note: This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To request a return

Products can be returned only if they are in their original condition and packaging. Used items or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Please request a Return Authorisation (RA) by emailing support@1lovebaby.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return
  • Photos or a short video (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll issue your RA# and provide the address of the nearest warehouse for your return.

Shipping your return

Please use a trackable postal or courier service — we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Refund timing

After your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 5 working days. A refund confirmation will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain goods cannot be returned (e.g. intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases).

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email support@1lovebaby.com.

SALE / PROMOTION ITEMS

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refund; unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed and/or shipped, please contact us immediately. Cancellations before processing may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking and payment processing costs. Once an order has been processed and/or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it — however, you may still return the parcel in line with our policy above.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your card issuer — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank — processing times can vary

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email support@1lovebaby.com.

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items — we’re unable to approve returns for change-of-mind after an order is submitted. Please ensure you wish to proceed before placing an order.

Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere — please make sure you are ready to pay the listed price before submitting an order.
