Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Total delivery time depends on where your product ships from.
We have both local and international warehouses.
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (for all orders)

- Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days
▶ If the item ships from an international warehouse:
- Shipping Time: 5–10 business days

You can easily identify where your product ships from by checking the
tag displayed above the product description.
If the tag says “UK Warehouse”, your order will ship
locally within the United Kingdom for faster delivery.
If there is no tag, the item will ship from our
International Warehouse.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number within 1–3 business days
after your order has been processed.

We ship to most countries worldwide — including the
United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States —
except for locations where shipping services are unavailable.

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over
£75.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders placed from the UK are processed in
GBP (£).
Prices may display in other currencies for browsing convenience,
but checkout is completed in British Pounds.

Orders shipped from our UK Warehouse won’t incur customs fees.
However, if your order ships from an International Warehouse,
import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
